So stop shopping at Target, GNC, etc…
Throw that stuff out.
We have multi’s, Cal/Mag, COQ10, Hawthorne, and anything else you can imagine.
In the hundreds of patients we have seen, Sandra and I got fed up with sending people to other places to buy sub-quality stuff. And there are too many wasting money on binders and glues that hold this stuff together, thus your body can’t absorb all the “goods” listed on the labels.
